The main goal of camp is to be FREE to have FUN! And of course, we mix in a good bit of PRIDE where we can too!

MORNING MEETINGS

Each day begins with a morning meeting where we gather as a community, learn about a focus identity for the day, read a story, and sing a song.

CABINS

Following our meeting, we split into our “cabins”, small groups of campers all around the same age! This is a great way to form deeper friendships with other campers just like you!

MORNING ACTIVITY BLOCKS

Throughout the day, we rotate through activity blocks which may include arts and crafts, Pride lessons, theatre, STEM activities, etc. Some activity blocks are split by age (Honey Bees ages 6-9 and Bumble Bees ages 10-14) and some activities are camper’s choice!

LUNCH

Campers have a full 45 minutes to eat lunch and take a break, with open social time to play board games and build friendships.

AFTERNOON ACTIVITY BLOCKS

After lunch, we have another activity block, recess, and cooperative games– where the whole camp plays together towards a shared goal. We end the day as a large group, sometimes with special guests and activities.

WHO LEADS CAMP?

Throughout the day, activities are led by our awesome Staff and Senior Counselors! Each cabin is led by two Junior Counselors (trans and nonbinary youth ages 15-18) who serve as excellent role models for younger campers. We also have the support of an amazing Mental Health Counselor for campers who might need extra connection to stay engaged or support throughout the day.

This summer, we also have ASL interpretation all day!

We can’t wait to spend the day with you!
